COST OF THE PROGRAM

$1,000 initial staging cost – 1 month

$200 per month after the 1^st month

 

** If the home sells and the furniture is purchased from the home you would receive a $500 credit off your initial $1,000 payment.

 

These costs include the following:

1. One Sofa, coffee table & end tables- including accessories

2. One Bedroom Set – including bedspread

3. One Dining Table & Chairs- including accessories

4. Other accessories to be determined..ie..rugs, lamps, etc

Dahl's Home Store reserves the right to adjust our prices based on the complexity of the home staging project.
